Small landlords in England are facing many changes brought about by new legislation, bringing new challenges and new worries to an already difficult business environment.

In order to support landlords through these changes, HAP-E will be launching an AI-powered app before 1st May 2026 to answer all your questions and link you to guides and forms.

HAP-E has been designed with input from housing and environmental specialists, to be an easy to use AI that lets landlords ask questions and recieve specific housing answers, in addition to accessing forms, legislation, and guidance.
